The Leptos Group is a leading force in the Cyprus economy for over 65 years.&nbsp;Its diversified presence covers the areas of property development, construction, hotels, property management, travel, insurance brokerage, healthcare, and education.&nbsp;Leptos Estates, member of Leptos Group, is seeking to recruit for its Head Offices in Paphos, an experienced:&nbsp;Corporate &amp; Banking Administrator&nbsp;Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage company incorporations, maintain and update corporate records</li><li>Administration of companies within the Leptos Group</li><li>Draft and review corporate documents, as well as handling corporate administration tasks [e.g., Board Resolutions, Power of Attorneys, UBO Registry submissions, filling of various applications with the Registrar of Companies, etc.]</li><li>Prepare, submit and handle bank-related applications [e.g., opening and management of bank accounts, etc.]</li><li>Maintenance of internal records ensuring they are always updated</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Competencies:<ul><li>High attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Proactive, resourceful with critical thinking</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks</li><li>Team player with good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams</li><li>IT Literate with strong command of the MS Office Suite [Word, Excel, Outlook, File Explorer]</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>5+ years of proven experience in Corporate and/or Banking Administration</li><li>Good understanding of corporate law and compliance requirements</li><li>Excellent command of both Greek and English [speaking and writing]</li><li>Hands-on experience with the administration of Publicly Listed Entities in the Cyprus Stock Exchange would be considered a strong advantage</li><li>University degree in Business Administration, Law, or other related field would be considered an advantage</li></ul>Salary and Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package is offered based on qualifications and experience</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Excellent prospects for advancement</li><li>Professional and personal development</li></ul>&nbsp;Apply with CV and include job title and Reference E001Email: <a href="mailto:vacancies@leptosestates.com">vacancies@leptosestates.com</a> All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
