Gym Instructor
Job Description
Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a Gym Instructor for the Almyra Hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests and employees using the Fitness Center.
- Assisting members at the Health Club with use of the equipment.
- Designing and developing one-to-one fitness programs to guests.
- Conducting group exercise classes to the guests, coordinating classes schedule and updating them regularly.
- Carrying out Fitness Assessments and motivating guests to adhere to the most suitable fitness program.
- Ensuring the Health Club equipment and supplies are ready to use daily.
- Maintaining necessary inventory of the Fitness equipment and Health Club supplies.
- Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel
Requirements
- University degree in a related field
- KOA License
- At least 3 years of experience in a Fitness Center as a Fitness Instructor
- Fluent in English
- Ability to instruct and motivate people
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented, creative, and flexible
- First Aid and CPR qualification
