Our Customer Service Team is the voice and face of our company. We are a large team spread across Cyprus, providing a friendly and dynamic environment to start your career. 

What will you be doing?

The Customer Service Representative role at Primetel Shops can be challenging. Here’s what you will be doing:

• Welcome guests and clients at our shops with a friendly smile 😊
• Interact with them to understand their needs and preferences.
• Assist them in finding the service that best suits their requirements.
• Present options for products and services to existing clients.
• Close sales by finalizing transactions and handling necessary documentation.
• Handle billing and account requests efficiently.
• Go above and beyond to assist them and resolve any issues they may have.

• We are looking for people who enjoy helping customers! We will provide you with comprehensive training on various topics, but we won't train you on how to be polite! 🤷
• Have previous experience working in customer service, either in retail or hospitality.
• Previous sales experience in retail: being excited to work in a commission-based environment is a plus.
• Have an interest in technology, mobile phones, and the internet, and who are excited to start their career in a telecommunications company.
• Are flexible to work in shifts, including evenings and Saturdays on a rotation basis, within the shop's opening hours. Rest assured, the scheduled weekly hours are 38, and you will receive your schedule in advance.
• Are fluent in both Greek and English languages.
