Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage administrative procedures related to real estate transactions and property matters Assist with the preparation, review, and organisation of sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other property-related documentation Liaise with clients, government authorities, land registry offices, banks, and other stakeholders Monitor transaction timelines and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time Maintain and update client files, records, and databases Conduct property-related searches and assist with due diligence procedures Support the Real Estate Department with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Real Estate Administrator, Property Administrator, or in a similar administrative role Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English Strong computer literacy and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Experience in handling legal, property, or conveyancing documentation will be considered an advantage Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative and responsibility Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
