Job Description

We are currently seeking Parking Agents to join our team at Larnaca & Paphos airports. The Parking Agent will be responsible for managing rental car deliveries, collections and providing excellent customer service. 

 

Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Delivery and collection of rental cars
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals
• Provide customers with a clear understanding of the basic functions and equipment of rental cars and offer solutions to any concerns they may have
• Provide directions and answer customer questions
• Communicate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Oversee parking operations and ensure parking lot is organized and clean
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

 

Requirements

• Very good command of the English language (other language)
• Valid driver’s license for manual and automatic cars
• Good driving record
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve customer service issues
• Ability to work flexible days and hours.
