We are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven professionals to join our Food & Beverage team and actively contributing in creating unforgettable moments and experiences for our guests.

Your Role

As a member of our Food & Beverage team, you will:

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure they enjoy a memorable dining experience throughout their stay.
• Present menus confidently and provide detailed information when required.
• Engage with guests professionally, understanding their preferences, dietary requirements, and allergies, while making suitable recommendations.
• Deliver attentive, personalised service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurants and bars while fostering a positive team environment.

• Contribute to maintaining the high standards and reputation of The Nines Hotel.

   

What We're Looking Fo

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School certificate
• Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Studies, or a related field (considered an advantage)
• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant
• Very good command of the English language. Additional languages will be considered an asset
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to grow within a professional environment
