Job Description

Pilakoutas Group, exclusive representative of the BMW, MINI, NISSAN, JAGUAR, LAND ROVER, RENAULT, DACIA and MITSUBISHI companies in Cyprus, is seeking immediate recruitment of a Parts Advisor to cover the needs of its department in  Limassol.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously
• Ensure that parts are correctly checked against the Customer requirements and vehicle data before such item is delivered to the Customer
• Always maintain updated displays
• Assist in stock checks and report any stock damage or stock losses
• Maintain good relationships with all suppliers and colleagues

·    Ensure the department provides the best possible service to customers and achieves agreed profit levels

Requirements:

·         Ability to work as part of a small team

·         Strong numerical skills

·         Customer Service skills

·         To actively monitor stock levels to ensure maximum stock turnover and minimum obsolete stock levels and at the same time keep lost sales as minimum as possible

·      Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features of major competitors
