Job Description
G&P Home Store / Prokataskevastiki is looking for a Customer Service / Sales Desk Assistant to join our DIY store team in Paphos.
The role involves assisting customers at the sales desk, answering product enquiries, supporting day-to-day store sales and helping customers find the right products for their needs. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy retail environment.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, during shop opening hours.
Salary:
€1,100 – €1,300 monthly, negotiable based on experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the sales desk
- Answer customer questions and provide product information
- Support customers with purchases and basic product selection
- Prepare simple quotations or order notes when needed
- Coordinate with the showroom and warehouse team
- Keep the sales desk area organised and professional
- Support the daily operation of the DIY store
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales will be considered an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn about DIY, building materials and home improvement products
- Greek and English language skills will be considered an advantage
