NALU Hotel in Latsi is seeking a reliable and proactive Night Houseman to support the housekeeping team and ensure the hotel's public areas and back-of-house facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained during the night shift.

Job Summary

The Night Houseman is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, supporting housekeeping operations, handling linen distribution, and completing scheduled cleaning and operational tasks throughout the night to ensure the hotel is fully prepared for the following day.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of public areas and back-of-house facilities throughout the night.
• Collect dirty linen and distribute clean linen to housekeeping areas.
• Assist with laundry operations and transport linen, equipment, and supplies.
• Collect waste from designated areas and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Move and prepare extra beds, baby cots, mattresses, bathrobes, and slippers as required.
• Carry out deep-cleaning tasks, including carpets, windows, floors, ventilation grills, and filters.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
• Handle lost property according to hotel procedures.
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations and GDPR requirements.
• Perform any other housekeeping duties assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Greek or English.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently during night shifts.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Working Hours

Night Shift: 21:00 – 05:00
