Job Description

We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Retention Agent to join our office-based team in Limassol and support clients across Germany and Austria.

This position is designed for professionals who understand the brokerage industry, know how to build long-term client relationships, and have solid practical knowledge of trading and financial markets.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Maintain regular and professional communication with German-speaking clients.
• Support clients in understanding the trading platform, market conditions, and available products.
• Identify client needs and provide relevant, compliant solutions.
• Increase client engagement, activity, and long-term retention.
• Work closely with Sales, Compliance, Support, and Management.
• Maintain accurate records of all client communication and activity.

Requirements

• Fluent German, both spoken and written
• Previous experience as a Retention Agent or Account Manager with another broker
• Strong understanding of trading, financial markets, and brokerage products
• Practical experience with Forex, CFDs, stocks, indices, commodities, or similar instruments
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• High level of discipline, reliability, and professionalism
• Ability to work with targets and take responsibility for personal performance
• Experience working in a regulated financial environment

Highly Valued

• CySEC Advanced Certification
• Additional languages besides German
• Experience with MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, or similar trading platforms
• Previous experience serving clients from Germany or Austria
• Strong understanding of client behaviour and retention strategies
