Job Description
AERCAR LTD is one of the biggest car rental companies in Cyprus. We are looking to hire enthusiastic, energetic individuals to join our friendly and professional team at our location in Nicosia.
Main Responsibilities
Preparation of rental agreements and proper handover of the vehicle to the client
Perform additional sales on commission basis
Fair understanding of the vehicles in the company’s fleet
Respond to client requests over the phone and via email in a professional manner
Complete administrative tasks and other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs
Requirements
Prior experience in car rental will be considered a plus
Excellent communication skills and friendliness to a diverse culture of customers.
Problem solving skills, and able to respond to customer requests and provide appropriate solutions in a professional and friendly manner both in person via telephone and via email.
Excellent communication in English both written and verbal. Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and exercise good judgment.
Ability to work as a team
Candidate must have a valid driving license, in both manual and automatic transmission.
