Phaedrus Living is currently looking to recruit Housekeeping Executives to join our team in Nicosia and Larnaca. 

Responsibilities: 

• Perform cleaning activities and maintain a good hygienic level in all properties assigned including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc. inside and outside of the properties. 
• Ensure that there is a sufficient stock of cleaning supplies.  
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities. 
• Notify management of deficiencies occurring or needs for repairs. 
• Stock and maintain supply rooms. 
• Follow all health and safety regulations. 
• Transport housekeeping team to different properties daily using the company’s car. 
• Perform other relevant assignments as requested. 

Requirements: 

• Proven working experience as a Housekeeping Executive. 
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery.  
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.  
• High school diploma.   
• Good Greek & English skills. 
• License: EU driving license required.
