We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team in iRute Travel Cyprus Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new venture from the ground up, contributing to the successful onboarding, implementation, and long-term adoption of our travel management services. The role will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless client experience and supporting business growth through strong stakeholder engagement and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and implementation projects.
• Coordinate client and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Deliver training on travel booking tools, reporting platforms, and service processes.
• Support travel policy implementation and compliance.
• Build strong client relationships and manage issues or escalations.
• Monitor adoption, client satisfaction, and onboarding performance.
• Recommend service and process improvements.
   

Your Profile

• Minimum 7 years' experience in corporate travel, client services, account management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of travel operations and travel policy management.
• Experience in client onboarding, implementation, and training.
• Proficiency in travel management and online booking systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
