We are seeking a reliable, vigilant, and professional Security Guard to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests, employees, and property while upholding the high hospitality standards of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Security & Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of outdoor areas, guest floors, and public spaces to ensure safety, orderliness, and cleanliness.
Access Control: Ensure all storage rooms, shops, and designated hotel areas are securely locked.
Surveillance: Monitor the CCTV system, report suspicious activity to the Hotel Manager, and accurately record incidents in the department Logbook.
Emergency Response: Inspect emergency exit doors to ensure they are functional and assist with releasing trapped individuals from elevators during emergencies.
Traffic Management: Control vehicle traffic and manage parking spaces on the property.
Compliance & Order: Ensure hotel regulations are respected by both staff and guests, contributing actively to maintaining overall order.
Facilities Monitoring: Check public area lighting and report operational issues.
Reporting: Keep hotel management fully informed of incidents, observations, and developments affecting operations or guests.
Requirements & Core Competencies
High School Graduate.
Fluency in both Greek and English is required.
Good physical condition to handle walking patrols and emergency response duties.
Pleasant, approachable, and friendly demeanor suited for a hospitality environment.
