B2B Manager, Nicosia – B2B/08/26

On behalf of our client, a leading company operating in the retail and fashion industry, we are seeking to recruit a B2B Manager to join their team in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing B2B partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the company's B2B sales strategy.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
• Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in a B2B sales or business development role.
• Proven experience in developing and managing B2B accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Very good command of the Greek and English languages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driving licence.

Remuneration / Benefits:
• Gross monthly salary of €2500 – €2700 gross ×13, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Medical Insurance and Provident Fund.
• Company Car.
