Your main responsibilities:

• Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all properties.
• Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies.
• Liaise and coordinate the flow of work with any outside partner.
• Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Inspect the properties to determine areas that need repairs and/or maintenance.
• Establish and implement operating procedures and standards.
• Review regularly standard operating procedures and suggest updates for policies to the General Manager.
• Record and keep data regarding work assignments and prepare reports daily.

Your main qualifications/skills:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper or other similar position
• Fluency in Greek and English, additional language is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to guest services and satisfaction.
• Positive attitude.
• Problem solver.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must have basic computer literacy skills.
