Your main responsibilities:

·         Guest Experience: Manage communication from inquiry to checkout, ensuring smooth check-ins and five-star hospitality.

·         Turnover Management: Coordinate local housekeeping and inspection teams to guarantee properties are pristine before guests arrive.

·         Property checks: Regularly checking that, what we advertise is what we have at the property.

·         Maintenance & Logistics: Respond rapidly to urgent guest maintenance or housekeeping requests and dispatch the appropriate teams or contractors efficiently.

·         Owner Relations: Provide regular performance updates to property owners regarding revenue, occupancy, and property condition.

·         Local Compliance: Ensure all properties strictly adhere to the Cyprus Deputy Ministry of Tourism laws, safety codes, and regulations.

Your main qualifications/skills:

• Previous relevant experience in similar position will be considered a plus.
• Fluency in Greek and English, additional language is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to guest services and satisfaction.
• Positive attitude.
• Problem solver.
• Comfortable working with a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must have computer literacy skills.
