Primary Teacher
Foley’s School is a prestigious private international school in Limassol, known for academic excellence, strong discipline, and a rich extracurricular programme.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning, delivering high-quality education and supporting the academic and personal development of pupils across Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons appropriate to the relevant Key Stage
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitor pupil progress and wellbeing, liaising with colleagues.
- Contribute to school life, including meetings, parent evenings, trips and extracurricular activities
- Support curriculum development and take ownership of a subject area or initiative
- Uphold school values, behaviour policies, and high standards of health and safety
Requirements
- Relevant degree with PGCE and/or QTS
- Minimum two years’ teaching experience within Early Years, KS1 or KS2 (British curriculum preferred)
- Commitment to high academic standards and child-centred learning
- Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills
- Full fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities and wider school life
- Alignment with the School’s mission and values
Desirable
- Experience in an international school setting
- Familiarity with the British curriculum
