Job Description

• Develop and execute Cavaway's commercial strategy and annual business plan.
• Drive revenue, sales volume, gross margin and profitability.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, suppliers and distribution partners.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
•  Lead negotiations on major commercial agreements, pricing and trading terms.
•  Develop the company's product portfolio and identify opportunities for new brands and markets.
•  Own and monitor the commercial P&L, including revenue, margins and operating costs.
•  Set commercial targets and KPIs and monitor performance against agreed objectives.
•  Lead and develop the commercial team, ensuring clear objectives, accountability and performance.
•  Work closely with Finance, Operations, HR, Legal and Group functions.
•   Report regularly to the CEO and Board on commercial performance, risks and growth opportunities.
•  Support the operational side of the business where required, particularly logistics, trading and supply chain activities.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

●        Minimum 7–10 years of experience in commercial / trading roles,

●        Minimum 5-7 years in leadership positions

●        Experience in FMCG, beverages, wholesale, distribution or international trading is strongly preferred

●        Experience operating or managing an international entity is a plus

Education

●        University degree in Business, Economics, International Trade or related fields

●        MBA is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

●        Strong negotiation and business development skills

●        Strategic mindset with a strong P&L / results orientation

●        Knowledge of trade finance, international logistics and Incoterms

●        Fluent English (mandatory) and Greek; another language is a plus

●        Leadership skills and ability to manage a small, cross-cultural team

●        Comfortable operating within a complex, multi-entity group environment

Other Requirements

●        Knowledge of Cypriot fiscal/corporate specifics is an advantage (or willingness to align quickly with Legal/Finance support)
