bbf: is one of the leading and fastest-growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. bbf: is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for an Office Civil Engineer.
We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our Construction team in Limassol, with a focus on cost control, budgeting, and financial performance monitoring across large-scale development projects.
This role is ideal for a Civil Engineer with experience in site execution or project coordination who wishes to further develop in cost management and project financial performance within a dynamic construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and control of project budgets.
- Monitor construction costs and compare them against approved budgets.
- Prepare cost reports for internal review.
- Review cost deviations and assist in identifying corrective actions.
- Support monthly forecasting and cash flow monitoring.
- Assist in the review of subcontractor valuations and invoices.
- Maintain accurate cost records and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects (site, project management, or cost control).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
