SportBenefit is Cyprus’s leading corporate fitness & wellness benefit provider, trusted by 200+ companies and used by 5,000+ active corporate members.
We give employees access to hundreds of gyms, fitness studios, hotel spas, padel courts and other wellness activities across Cyprus — all through one membership app.
We’re now looking for a proactive and commercially minded B2B Sales Development Representative to join our growing Cyprus team.
What you’ll do:
• Research companies and identify HR professionals & decision-makers
• Build prospect lists and generate new B2B leads
• Reach out via phone, email and LinkedIn
• Introduce SportBenefit to potential corporate clients
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings
• Follow up with prospects and manage activity in the CRM
• Attend HR, business and networking events across Cyprus
• Support sales campaigns and business development initiatives
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has some experience in sales, lead generation, business development or another client-facing role
• Is comfortable with outbound calls and approaching new companies
• Is based in Cyprus and has the right to work in Cyprus
• Speaks Greek and English fluently
• Russian is a strong advantage
• Is proactive, organised, confident and motivated by results
• Wants to build a career in B2B sales
