UW Group We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Team Member to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our company, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

· Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accounting books and records on a daily basis
· Update, verify, and maintain accounting journals and ledgers
· Prepare and maintain bank records of multicurrency bank accounts
· Handle bank and cash payments, including processing other bank-related transactions
· Perform monthly bank reconciliations
· Prepare payments for approval
· Record incoming payments and receipts promptly and accurately
· Receiving, checking and posting invoices
· Prepare supplier/customer reconciliations and liaise with them to resolve any discrepancies
· Prepare and submit VAT, VIES and other tax declarations as required.
Knowledge and Experience
· Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
· University degree or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
· Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite software is considered an advantage
· Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
· Fluent in both oral and written English and Greek.
· Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
