Candidate Requirements

• Registered with ETEK.
• Degree in Architecture from a recognised institution.
• 3–5 or 5–7 years of professional experience in an architectural practice.
• Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English.
• Very good knowledge of 2D and 3D design software.
• Good knowledge of planning regulations.
• Good understanding of architectural design, construction methods, and technical detailing.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Creative, organised and responsible.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop projects from initial concept through to final construction drawings and technical details.
• Prepare drawings and present design ideas.
• Develop and coordinate 2D and 3D drawings.
• Apply relevant planning, building and construction regulations.
• Prepare presentations and visual material for projects.
• Prepare documentation and drawings for planning and building permit applications.
• Collaborate with other engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Assist with the development and coordination of projects throughout the design and construction process.
• Participate in site visits and project supervision, where required.
