BikeHub is looking for an energetic, outgoing and friendly person to join our team.This is a 50/50 role, split between website & online sales and working in our retail shop. We’re looking for someone who is confident with people, comfortable with technology, organised and enjoys working in a fun, fast-moving environment.

🇬🇷🇬🇧 Fluent Greek & English are essential

You don’t need to know everything about bikes or e-commerce when you start — that’s what we’re here for!

If you’re enthusiastic, willing to learn and have a positive attitude, we’ll teach you everything you need to know about the role. We’ll give you the training and support to build your knowledge and confidence.

A passion for cycling is definitely a bonus, but it’s not essential — the right attitude and willingness to learn are much more important.

💻 50% – Website & Online Sales

• Adding new products to our website
• Updating product descriptions, specifications, prices and images
• Keeping website information accurate and up to date
• Processing and managing online orders
• Responding to online customer enquiries
• Data entry and general computer-based admin
• Helping keep our online shop looking great and running smoothly
• Learning about new products, brands and the cycling industry

🛍️ 50% – Shop & Sales

• Welcoming and helping customers in the shop
• Helping customers find the right bikes, accessories and gear
• Sales and customer service
• Answering questions and helping customers choose products
• Processing sales and orders
• Keeping the shop organised and looking its best
• Assisting with stock management
• General day-to-day shop duties

👋 We’re looking for someone who

• Speaks fluent Greek and English – essential
• Is energetic, enthusiastic and has a positive attitude
• Is friendly, confident and enjoys talking to people
• Is comfortable using computers and online systems
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Is organised, reliable and motivated
• Learns quickly and enjoys variety
• Can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team
• Has good presentation and a sense of style
• Is interested in bikes, fitness, fashion, lifestyle or e-commerce — a bonus, not essential
