Responsibilities:
- Handle customs clearance procedures for international shipments
- Coordinate with customs officials and agents to ensure timely and accurate clearance of shipments
- Prepare and submit required documentation for import and export shipments
- Monitor and track shipments to resolve any clearance issues or delays
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customs clearance procedures within the courier or logistics industry
- Strong understanding of import/export regulations and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
