Job Description

This position is based on a fixed salary and commission, focused on lead conversion, client management, property sourcing and real estate sales. We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded professional who can build strong client relationships and convert opportunities into successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert incoming leads into clients and transactions
• Reactivate and follow up with our existing client database
• Generate new buyer, seller and property opportunities
• Build and develop a strong professional network in Limassol
• Conduct client meetings and property viewings
• Source and secure new property listings
• Maintain consistent and professional client follow-up
• Negotiate offers and close transactions
• Maintain accurate records and activity within the company CRM
• Work closely with our sales and marketing teams

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills
• Proactive, ambitious and results-oriented
• Confident in approaching new clients and generating opportunities
• Organised and disciplined with CRM and follow-ups
• Commercially minded with a strong drive to achieve targets
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Valid driving licence
• Knowledge of the Limassol property market will be considered an advantage
