Job Description
We are a Limassol-based company looking for an organized accounts and finance officer to take care of our day-to-day bookkeeping and finance administration. You will work directly with management and with our external accountants.
Responsibilities
- Keep day-to-day bookkeeping records up to date
- Enter supplier invoices and prepare payments
- Issue customer invoices and follow up on incoming payments
- Reconcile bank and payment-platform accounts
- Prepare simple monthly reports for management
- Collect and organize documents for VAT, payroll and the external accountants
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounts
- Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books or similar)
- Good Excel skills and attention to detail
- Good command of English
- Greek or Hebrew is a plus
- Cyprus VAT knowledge is an advantage
- Studies in accounting or finance are an advantage
- Organized, reliable and discreet
