Job Description:

• Strategically Plan and manage Logistics, warehouses, daily deliveries, and customer services
• Keep track of products and consumables minimum quantities, stock levels, delivery time, transportation cost and efficiency.
• Resolve any arising Logistic challenges of customers complaints.
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
• Plan vehicle routes.
• Support Sales and Service department’s needs.
• Reports to the Financial Manager / General manager.
• Actively pursues opportunities for delivering Xerox products, consumables and spare parts to corporate customers all over Cyprus.
• Submits forecasts / orders and other stock reports to the Technical / Financial / Sales / General Manager on a weekly basis / monthly as per the company processes & procedures.
• Acts in cooperation with the rest of the Sales Department in preparing and finalizing customer orders.
• Carries out any other assignment that the company will find appropriate with regards to the logistics work.
• Any other Task as may be assigned and / or amended.

Able to establish and maintain effective working business relationships.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and achieve Sales targets.
• Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously.
• Creates new and imaginative approaches to work-related issues. Identifies new technologies and shows a willingness to upgrade the traditional ones.
• Maintains effective work professional behaviour in the face of setbacks or under pressure.
