Job Description
Lextrus Real Estate is a licensed estate agency with offices in Larnaca and Limassol. We also operate in Paphos. Our team is growing, and we are looking for motivated people to join us as Assistant Real Estate Agents or Sales Officers.
Responsibilities:
- Serve buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords
- Carry out property viewings and client follow-up
- Source new listings for sale or rent
- Manage listings in our CRM and on property portals
- Support negotiations and the transaction process
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduate (a degree is an advantage)
- Fluent Greek and English (other languages are a plus, such as Russian, German, Hebrew)
- Valid driving licence and own car
- Experience in real estate sales is required
- Ability to source new properties
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with a results-driven attitude
- Ambition, dedication and commitment
- Patience and understanding when working with clients
