Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and underwrite new and renewal medical and personal accident insurance applications.
• Review medical questionnaires, medical reports, claims history, occupational information and other relevant details to assess insurance risks.  
• Determine appropriate coverage terms, including exclusions, special conditions, limits and premium loadings, where applicable.
• Review policy endorsements to add or amend existing medical and personal accident insurance policies.
• Communicate and collaborate with agents, clients, healthcare providers and other relevant parties to obtain the information required for the underwriting process.
• Provide information and underwriting support to the Company’s distribution network.
• Ensure the accurate and timely recording of information in the Company’s systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Insurance, Business Administration or another related field.
• Certificate of Basic Insurance Training.
• At least 3 years of underwriting or insurance experience. Applications from candidates with less experience will also be considered.
• Good knowledge of health and personal accident insurance products and underwriting principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English language.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, organisational and time-management skills.
• Highly motivated, team-oriented approach, strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.

Working Hours:

• Five-day working week.
• Flexible arrival time between 07:45 – 08:30
• Two afternoons until 17:30 (with a 30-minute break).
• Three afternoons free (working hours until 14:00).
