At BigChange Cyprus, we help businesses transform the way they manage their field operations through one of the world's leading Field Service Management (FSM) platforms.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Implementations Officer who enjoys working with people as much as technology. You'll guide customers through the implementation journey, helping them successfully adopt our software and maximise its value.

What you'll be doing

As part of our Technical Team, you will:

• Analyse customer business requirements and recommend tailored technology solutions.
• Configure, implement and support BigChange, FootfallCam, Electronic Shelf Labeling, Video Analytics, GPS Tracking and other company solutions.
• Coordinate implementation activities, from initial setup to successful go-live.
• Deliver customer training and provide guidance on system functionality and best practices.
• Perform software configuration, system testing and basic technical installations, where required.
• Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to optimise customer workflows and improve system performance.

What we're looking for

Essential

• Degree or qualification in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for technology.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience with software implementation projects.
• Experience delivering customer training.
• Experience working with SaaS or ERP/FSM/CRM solutions.
