In brief:

Client Services Account Managers are responsible for executing and supporting the end-to-end delivery and management of digital content across multiple distribution platforms. This role focuses on operational excellence, ensuring high-quality content execution, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet business objectives and deadlines.

We're looking for an Account Manager to serve as a key point of contact for client needs and day-to-day account support. In this role, you will help manage client expectations, support new launches, coordinate across internal teams, and ensure deliverables are handled with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working with clients, operational teams, and internal partners to support efficient workflows and successful client outcomes.

What will your job look like?

• Manage day-to-day client account support across multiple digital platforms, including client requests, questions, follow-ups, and billing.
• Oversee the ingestion, quality control (QC), and publishing of content schedules and associated metadata.
• Configure and maintain VOD platform profiles, including metadata mappings, delivery specifications, packaging requirements, scheduling rules, and client-specific distribution settings.
• Troubleshoot metadata, XML, artwork, and media package exceptions, including missing assets, specification mismatches, and delivery failures across multiple distribution platforms.
• Track client deliverables and ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with client expectations and SLAs.
• Monitor package performance, report on operational metrics and delivery timelines, and ensure alignment with scheduling and release strategies.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to support new launches, ongoing work, and client-specific requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal business and sales teams to meet deadlines and support strategic initiatives.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal partners regarding status, timelines, priorities, and next steps.
• Support workflow efficiency by identifying issues, escalating concerns, and supporting timely resolution.

All you need is...

• Strong experience supporting client services, account management, or customer-facing operations within digital media or technology.
• Ability to understand client needs, manage expectations, and translate requirements into clear internal direction.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively across clients, operations teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deliverables, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced service environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy, follow-through, and timely resolution of client needs.
• Understanding of metadata management, content ingestion workflows, and quality control processes would be preferred.
