Duties:
§ Maintaining accurate books and records of the Company.
§ Posting and processing journal entries ensuring that all transactions are recorded.
§ Recording/issuing invoices and receipts.
§ Preparing monthly bank reconciliations.
§ Preparing debtors/creditors reconciliations and liaising with them resolving any discrepancies.
§ Assistance in the preparation and submission of VAT and VIES reports.
§ Preparing monthly payroll calculations and processing of relevant statutory payments.
§ Communicating with local authorities when needed.
§ Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and requested documentation.
§ Reporting to the Accounting Manager.
Requirements:
§ Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
§ No professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) is required.
§ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
§ Knowledge of E-Soft, Sage and Profitmaker, will be considered an advantage.
§ Fluent in English and Greek. Any other language will be considered an advantage.
§ Team player.
§ Strong attention to detail.
§ Willingness to learn, acquire new skills and evolve.
