We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Accountant to join one of our affiliated companies in Nicosia. The successful candidate will join a collaborative work environment and develop alongside a growing team, where the skills and competencies will be challenged.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
Ensure that all financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate and timely manner
Maintain proper accounting records
Verify and record invoices from suppliers
Record and check company bank statements
Conduct regular bank reconciliations
Deal with petty cash
Directly communicate with suppliers and service providers as applicable
Deal with financial paperwork and filing
Provide general administrative support
Main requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or in any related field
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Working knowledge of SAP accounting software will be considered an advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Excellent oral and written skills in English
Energetic, positive, and a team player
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
