Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with general ledger accounting.
• Process daily financial transactions, including customer payments, vendor invoices, and operating expenses.
• Perform bank, supplier, and account reconciliations in a timely manner.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Monitor debtor and creditor balances and assist with collections and payments.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and support audit processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve accounting-related issues.
• Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to process and maintain financial data.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in hotel accounting will be considered an advantage.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Knowledge of debtors and creditors accounting.
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Experience in bank reconciliations and bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of an ERP system will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
