Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial records, statutory compliance, and timely financial reporting. The role requires advanced proficiency in SAP Business One and experience in all core accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
- Prepare VAT returns and support month-end and year-end closing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare management reports.
- Process payments and monitor cash flow.
- Monitor inventory accounting and fixed assets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and external authorities.
- Maintain and optimize accounting processes within SAP Business One.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP Business One (essential).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
