Our company, a leading importer and installer of high-quality kitchens, wardrobes, and interior doors, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Process and record supplier invoices, expenses, and accounting entries.
Prepare and issue customer invoices.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
Assist with the administration of import documentation and inventory records.
Maintain accurate filing and accounting records.
Support the Finance Department with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments as required.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role will be considered an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with accounting software.
Excellent command of the English and Greek languages.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
