Adonis Business Academy is growing and we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Admissions Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Nicosia, the successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our seminars and diplomas, supporting prospective participants, and guiding them through the registration process.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective and existing clients to promote the Academy’s seminars, diplomas, and training services.
Provide professional guidance and support throughout the registration and enrolment process.
Conduct admissions consultations and successfully complete registrations over the phone and online.
Schedule meetings and appointments for trainers and consultants.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and administration of the seminars.
Support clients with Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA) procedures and documentation.
Contribute to the Academy’s marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement activities.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and registrations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to close registrations and achieve targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in sales, admissions, customer service, digital services, training, or other B2B services will be considered an advantage.
