Philippou Law Firm, a leading legal law firm in Cyprus, needs support in becoming Cyprus' first AI native law firm and legal tech platform. We are looking for talented and ambitious people who want to be part of a talented team aimed at disrupting professional services delivery in Cyprus.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing AI-powered tools and automation workflows that enhance operational efficiency across our legal and financial service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy automation solutions using AI tools and platforms
• Collaborate with legal and operations teams to identify process improvement opportunities
• Build and maintain integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms
• Monitor and optimise automated workflows for performance and accuracy
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies relevant to the legal and finance sectors

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI tools or workflow automation (e.g. Zapier, n8n, or similar)
• Strong understanding of legal or financial business processes is a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
