G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Group is currently seeking to recruit an Airfreight Operations Officer to join our team at our Head Offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily airfreight export operations.
• Monitor shipments and resolve operational issues.
• Review invoicing, billing and shipment documentation.
• Liaise with customers, airlines, overseas agents and warehouses.
• Support the operations team and ensure high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and aviation regulations.

• Prepare operational reports and contribute to process improvements.

   

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Knowledge of airfreight procedures, shipment documentation and invoicing, will be considered as an additional qualification.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.

• IATA DGR certification and fluency in English and Greek will be considered an advantage.
