Job Description

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services.  Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for an Architect to join our Development Team in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Deliver architectural design and prepare detailed technical drawings.
• Prepare and review construction documentation ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Conduct research on site conditions, regulations, materials, and systems throughout project stages.
• Write specifications of materials and construction methods.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Main Contractors, After Sales, and Marketing teams for smooth project delivery.
• Handle diverse tasks including detailing, graphic presentations, site coordination, and reporting.
• Lead project sub-packages and mentor junior team members to foster a collaborative studio culture.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building codes through professional development activities.

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D software, Adobe tools for presentation and documentation, MS Office, and BIM experience is a plus (Revit)
   
• Fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken).
• In-depth knowledge of local planning laws and building regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage time independently and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
