Architect (ETEK Licensed)
Job Description
TAD Architecture is an international architecture and interior design bureau based in Cyprus. As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an Architect to join our team.
You will work on a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, contributing to all stages of design development, from concept design to construction documentation and project approvals. You will also be involved in permitting procedures, coordination with consultants and authorities, and supporting projects through to successful completion.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in architectural projects at all stages of development, from concept design to construction documentation.
- Prepare architectural drawings, details, and project documentation.
- Develop and maintain project models.
- Coordinate project documentation with engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and coordinate Planning Permit and Building Permit submissions.
- Communicate with municipalities, government authorities, and utility providers regarding project approvals and permit requirements.
- Monitor permit application progress and follow up on submissions.
- Support the process of obtaining Final Approvals and Final Certificates.
- Conduct site visits and participate in construction supervision when required.
- Ensure project documentation complies with local regulations and planning requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture.
- Valid ETEK license is a must.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Cyprus.
- Experience working on projects through multiple design stages, from concept to construction documentation.
- Proven experience participating in Planning Permit and Building Permit applications in Cyprus, with successful permit approvals considered a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Final Approval and Final Certificate procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Cypriot planning and building regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD design software (AutoCad, Revit, etc).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent Greek and English.
