Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in ensuring the Company's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Support the Compliance Officer/Operations Senior Officer in monitoring regulatory developments and identifying changes affecting the business.
• Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, registers, and filing systems.
• Assist in conducting compliance monitoring activities and internal compliance reviews.
• Support the preparation of reports for Senior Management and regulatory authorities where required.
• Assist with due diligence procedures, onboarding checks, and KYC/AML documentation where applicable.
• Participate in the investigation and documentation of compliance-related issues and incidents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance requirements are implemented effectively.
• Support the delivery of compliance awareness initiatives and employee training.
• Perform any other compliance-related duties assigned by the Compliance Officer or Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, or another relevant field.
• Previous experience in Compliance, AML, Risk, Audit, Legal, or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements within the online gaming, betting, or financial services industry will be considered an advantage.
• Basic understanding of AML/CFT regulations and corporate governance principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the Compliance profession.
