Responsible for assisting the Planners and the Production Planning Supervisor in their duties, issuing work orders and work packages to the Maintenance Production department. Collecting and verifying all maintenance data. Processing records assembly for Bird Aviation Part 145 organization and for the Customers.
Job duties and responsibilities
In addition to the principal objectives, the Planner is responsible to:
1. Printing and collating work orders, work packages and all planning documents, and distributing them to the relevant departments.
2. Collecting Maintenance records for proper archiving and dispatching.
3. Assisting Planners to ensure that all maintenance data is properly completed.
4. Assist the Production Planning Supervisor in their duties.
5. To perform any other relevant tasks for this position assigned by the Production Planning Supervisor or the Planning Manager.
Qualification Requirements:
1. Knowledge of English language.
2. Experience using MS Word and Excel.
3. Ability to develop new IT systems competencies.
4. Eager to learn.
