Job Description

The Role:

You will work as part of our real estate team, assisting clients with the sale and rental of residential and commercial property across Cyprus.

Responsibilities will include:

• Responding to buyer, seller, landlord and tenant enquiries
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Following up enquiries and developing prospective clients
• Sourcing new properties and building relationships with property owners
• Preparing and maintaining property listings
• Working with the team to progress transactions from initial enquiry through to completion
• Maintaining accurate records of leads, viewings and client activity
• Supporting the continued growth of the Qualitas property portfolio

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent English communication skills; Greek and additional languages are an advantage
• Confident and professional manner
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-focused approach
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational and computer skills
• Driving license and own vehicle
• Previous experience in real estate, sales or another client-facing role is an advantage
