We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Storekeeper to join our growing team. Job Overview:

The Assistant Storekeeper will support the Head Storekeeper in managing inventory operations. This includes receiving, storing, and issuing supplies required for daily hotel activities. The ideal candidate will help maintain a well-organized and efficient storeroom that aligns with hygiene, safety, and inventory control standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming supplies and equipment.
  • Issue materials accurately based on approved requisitions and departmental needs.
  • Support the maintenance of up-to-date and accurate inventory records.
  • Participate in loading, unloading, and organizing products.
  • Conduct scheduled and end-of-month physical inventory counts.
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining storage areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Cooperate with hotel departments to fulfil stock requirements in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all documentation related to stock movement is correctly completed.
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and security procedures in storage operations.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant experience in a storekeeping role, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment is considered an advantage.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Must hold a valid EU passport.
