Summary:

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Assistant Waiters/Waitresses to support our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in serving food and beverages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Prepare and reset tables to established service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff regarding guest requests, allergies, and menu details.
• Support banquet and event setups, servicing, and breakdowns as per function requirements.
• Ensure proper handling of tableware, cleanliness of equipment, and compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and uphold brand standards.
• Complete closing duties and maintain organized, stocked service areas.
• Uphold grooming, uniform, and appearance standards at all times.

 

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent / Hotel & Catering Diploma is a plus
• 1+ years’ experience in the same position or any similar serving experience in the Hospitality Industry
• Excellent Knowledge of English Language
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Hotel software / PMS is a plus
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification
• Pleasant Personality
• Customer-centric
