Job Description:
As an Audit Assistant Manager at FSMO, you will assist in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and value-added services. You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals, gaining exposure to a diverse range of industries and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced audit professional to further their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Assist in the management of client relationships, addressing client queries, and ensuring service delivery.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for improvement in audit processes.
- Involvement in client acceptance procedures and preparation of the proper KYC file in relevant software.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to address audit findings and assist in implementing solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements/Skills:
- ACCA/ACA qualification or attending the final stages of the qualification.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of proven audit experience is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRSs and ISAs.
- Working experience in Caseware tool and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in both the Greek and English Languages.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong ethical and professional conduct.
- Ability to work independently and to work towards meeting deadlines.
