B2B Sales & Lead Generation Representative
Job Description
SportBenefit is growing, and we are looking for a proactive Junior Sales & Lead Generation Representative to join our Cyprus team.
SportBenefit is a leading corporate fitness and wellness platform in Cyprus, giving employees flexible access to hundreds of gyms, studios, hotel spas, padel courts and other activities through one membership.
This is a hands-on, entry-level B2B sales role focused on identifying potential corporate clients, generating new leads and starting conversations with companies across Cyprus.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Researching companies and identifying relevant decision-makers
• Building and maintaining prospect and lead lists
• Generating new B2B sales opportunities
• Contacting potential clients through email, LinkedIn and phone calls
• Speaking with HR professionals, business owners and other decision-makers
• Qualifying leads and booking introductory meetings for the senior sales team
• Following up with prospects and maintaining regular communication
• Attending business, HR and networking events across Cyprus
• Representing SportBenefit at exhibitions, conferences and company events
• Updating lead information, outreach activity and follow-ups in the CRM
• Supporting the sales team with outreach campaigns and presentations
Who we are looking for:
• Based in Cyprus with the right to work in Cyprus
• Fluent Greek and English
• Russian language skills will be considered an advantage
• Good understanding of the Cyprus business environment
• Confident speaking with new people by phone and in person
• Comfortable with research, cold outreach and lead generation
• Proactive, organised and motivated by results
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interested in developing a career in B2B sales and business development
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, hospitality or lead generation is helpful but not essential
