Job Description

Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at Imperial Island Resort in Paphos as the Bar Supervisor and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

·         Ensure smooth running of the bar operations and that the bars team adheres to systems and procedures as outlined in the standards of procedures manual.

·         To ensure that the bar is prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant procedure.

·         To supervise bar staff, train and coach them to the standards required of a five-star Hotel establishment.

·         Is responsible for safe and secure handling of bar stocks, till operation and cash.

·         Is naturally friendly with a willingness to exceed guests’ expectations.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.  

·         A degree in hospitality and Tourism will be considered as an advantage.

·         Very Good knowledge of the English and Greek Language

·         The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure

·         Positive, outgoing, and friendly personality

·         Strong teamwork skills

·         Positive attitude towards guest service

·         EU Citizen or an EU Work permit holder
